These Terms govern your use of the website kundali.sattamlabs.com ("the Service"), operated by Sattam Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Janma Darpana provides an automated Odia Calendar, Panjika (Tithi, Nakshatra, Sankranti), birth-chart (Kundali), and marriage-matching tools. Free features run in your browser. Certain detailed PDF reports are paid digital products.
All calculations are astronomical/astrological in nature and are provided for informational and cultural purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice. For decisions of consequence, consult a qualified professional. You use the output at your own discretion and risk.
Paid reports are generated from the birth/match details you provide. Accuracy of output depends on the accuracy of the data you enter. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.
Refunds for paid reports are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, resell its output as your own product, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Sattam Labs Pvt Ltd. Reports generated for you are for your personal use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sattam Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on its output. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
