This Policy explains how Sattam Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") handles information when you use kundali.sattamlabs.com.
Names, dates, times, and places of birth that you enter are used to compute charts and reports. Free calculations run locally in your browser and are not sent to us. When you purchase a PDF report, the details needed to generate that report are sent to our server only to produce and deliver it.
We use your browser's local/session storage to remember preferences (such as the last-viewed calendar month) and to retain your payment proof so a paid report can be re-opened without paying again. This data stays on your device and can be cleared anytime via your browser.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Razorpay shares a payment ID and status with us to confirm your purchase. Razorpay's own privacy terms apply to the payment step.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your birth details for advertising. We retain report-generation data only as long as needed to provide support for your purchase.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about a purchase by emailing us.
