Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to paid PDF reports purchased on kundali.sattamlabs.com, operated by Sattam Labs Pvt Ltd.

1. Nature of the product

Reports are digital goods generated instantly from the details you provide. Because they are delivered immediately and computed on demand, they are generally non-returnable once generated.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but the report failed to generate or was not delivered, and we cannot deliver it on request; or
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment); or
• A clear technical error on our side made the report unusable.

3. When refunds are not available

• The report was generated and delivered correctly, but you entered incorrect birth details;
• You disagree with the astrological interpretation (output is informational, not a guaranteed prediction);
• Change of mind after the report has been generated.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@sattamlabs.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay Payment ID and a short description of the issue.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Bank/UPI timelines may vary.

6. Cancellations

As reports are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
